Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Work effectively as a team member with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.
- Follow instructions and safety protocols, including participating in daily safety briefings and recognizing potential safety and quality hazards.
- Demonstrate knowledge of electrical and mechanical components and perform proper isolation of electrical components (LOTO).
- Ensure the proper usage of PPE and compliance with procedures, operating under properly performed LOTO conditions.
- Travel to remote locations throughout the U.S. on short notice.
- Document all work accurately and show proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Climb and work at heights over 300ft.
- Adapt to working in all different climates and conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work possible rotating shifts and be away from home for up to 6 weeks.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and be physically fit for climbing and lifting operations.
- Wind technicians must weigh no more than 280 pounds, including clothing and boots, in accordance with industry safety compliance.
- Proficient in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time, working flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours as needed.
- Ability to pass a drug screen, motor vehicle record check, and background check.
