LOBO Trucking
Warrior Technologies, a premier provider of environmental, industrial, and oilfield services, has acquired Lobo Trucking, a well-established company with a 30-year history of dependable service in Southeast New Mexico’s Delaware basin. This strategic acquisition provides a boost to Warrior’s operational efficiency, supports Warrior’s cross-functional services, and extends a premier benefits package to the Lobo workforce.
Expanding the Warrior Footprint
With this acquisition, Warrior Technologies now operates additional yards in Hobbs and Artesia, New Mexico, significantly expanding its presence in the Delaware Basin — widely considered and the most active oil producing region in the world. The acquisition will enable Warrior to offer a range of additional services from Lobo’s well-maintained yards, which have been meticulously operated under best practice standards.
In-House Support for Unmatched Turnaround times
Warrior Technologies prides itself on self-sufficiency and end-to-end service delivery, a model that enhances speed, reliability, and control. Unlike traditional methods requiring multiple third-party providers, Warrior’s in-house equipment and expertise streamline projects by up to at least 30% more efficiently than typical industry practices.
Expanded Service capabilities and Specialized Gas Mitigation
Warrior Technologies’ acquisition of Lobo Trucking also strengthens its ability to deliver comprehensive environmental and mechanical integrity service across the Permian and Delaware Basins. As part of its end-to-end service offerings, Warrior’s mechanical integrity division produces a wide array of capabilities–from horizontal vessel maintenance and pipeline installation to facility construction and demolition, pipeline anomaly repair, and extensive plugging and abandonment (P&A) operations.
In addition to this extensive service lineup, Warrior has developed a specialized expertise in gas mitigation–a critical need in the Permian Basin, where rising levels of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) have increased demand for targeted environmental controls.
Maintaining the Lobo Brand's Legacy
While Lobo Trucking will continue operating under its well-known brand name for vacuum truck services, the company will now operate as part of Warrior’s larger mission.
“Lobo is a brand that stands for quality and reliability,” said Steve Berumen, VP of Lobo Trucking. “Our team is excited to learn and provide our client base with the other services under the Warrior umbrella with advanced equipment in areas like soil remediation and reclamation.”
Continued Growth in New Mexico
The integration of Lobo Trucking’s operations is expected to lead to rapid grwoth in both staffing and service offerings, especially in New Mexico, where Warrior is deeply committed to recruiting from the local, seasoned oilfield workforce. Currently, Warrior Rechnologies has 206 employees and is actively hiring across multiple business lines.
