Trucking Supervisor (Midland)

Position Summary

Warrior Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trucking Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fluid hauling and transportation division. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of oilfield logistics, a strong focus on safety and compliance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day trucking operations across all fluid hauling routes.
Monitor driver activity and hours using Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) to ensure DOT compliance.
Collaborate with dispatch and field personnel to schedule pickups, deliveries, and resolve operational issues.
Accurately review, price, and process trucking tickets in a timely manner.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and professionalism at every touchpoint.
Provide support and coaching to drivers and team members, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance, inspections, incidents, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in fluid hauling and trucking operations within the oil and gas industry.
Working knowledge of ELD systems and DOT regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Demonstrated experience in customer relations and ticket pricing.
CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred but not required.
Proficiency in basic computer systems and transportation software a plus.
