Job Description:

Warrior Technologies Renewables is seeking energetic team players to join our wind turbine service teams. This is a full-time, remote position that involves 100% travel to various sites for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Primary Job Responsibilities:

Work effectively as a team member with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.
Follow instructions and safety protocols, including participating in daily safety briefings and recognizing potential safety and quality hazards.
Demonstrate knowledge of electrical and mechanical components and perform proper isolation of electrical components (LOTO).
Ensure the proper usage of PPE and compliance with procedures, operating under properly performed LOTO conditions.
Travel to remote locations throughout the U.S. on short notice.
Document all work accurately and show proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Climb and work at heights over 300ft.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work possible rotating shifts and be away from home for up to 6 weeks.
Ability to lift 50lbs and be physically fit for climbing and lifting operations.
Wind technicians must weigh no more than 280 pounds, including clothing and boots, in accordance with industry safety compliance.
Proficient in English.
Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time, working flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours as needed.
Ability to pass a drug screen, motor vehicle record check, and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in the maintenance and repair of wind turbines.
Current Global Wind Organization (GWO) certification.

Climbing and Working at Heights: Proficiency in climbing and working on wind turbines, including understanding safety protocols and procedures for high-altitude work.
Mechanical Skills: Basic understanding of mechanical systems, including gears and hydraulics, which are crucial for maintaining and repairing wind turbines.
Electrical Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring and circuitry, to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Data Collection and Analysis: Ability to collect and interpret data from wind turbine systems for maintenance and performance optimization.
Safety Awareness: Strong emphasis on safety, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
Teamwork and Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team, essential for coordinating tasks and ensuring safety.
