Position Summary
The Area Manager position is responsible for leading and managing field operations within a specific geographic area, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. They oversee a team of field personnel, manage contracts, and act as a liaison between the field and the office. Key responsibilities include implementing production plans, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering strong client relationships.
A valid driver’s license with clean background meeting insurable standards is required and drug testing is required.

Position Specific Expectations
- Supervise and provide direction to field staff, including technicians and operators, within a defined territory.
- Establish and measure performance goals, monitor operations, and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of equipment and resources necessary for field operations, including inventory management and mobilization/demobilization of equipment.
- Communication – I understand I am responsible for frequent professional communication with both customers and Warrior team members.
- Implement and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide training and development opportunities for field personnel, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Prepare reports on field operations, analyze data, and provide insights to management on performance and areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets allocated to the field operations, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

procedures.
