Position Overview:
The Dispatcher position assists in day-to-day field office operations by coordinating with drivers and
customers for the successful completion of jobs. The Dispatcher is expected to make and answer phone calls
and text messages with customers, employees, and operations. This position is responsible for accurate
field office organization and keeping track of all dispatch logs (including but not limited to physical binder,
shared folder ticket log, and office schedule whiteboard). Professional communication, organization,
and experience in Microsoft Office are a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch drivers to job sites in the field, ensuring timely and accurate coordination.
- Provide drivers with directions and location information, including pin drops.
- Monitor and manage GPS tracking and driver work tickets.
- Assist the manager in pricing work tickets and related tasks.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time constraints.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Previous dispatching experience is a plus, but not required.

Position Specific Expectations
- Customer Information – I understand that I am responsible for gathering all necessary customer information for job requests, including but not limited to: customer name, contact person, billing information, job location, and any other information required by the customer.
- Scheduling – I understand I am responsible for assisting in scheduling drivers for requested customer jobs and sending accurate location information to them.
- On-Call – I understand I am responsible for on-call dispatching as scheduled by my field operations.
- GPS Tracking – I understand I am responsible for tracking and auditing GPS logs.
- One-Calls – I understand I am responsible for making and following up on one-calls for all jobs that require digging.
- Accommodations Scheduling – I understand I am responsible for booking accommodations for employees when they are required to travel out of town overnight for jobs. I understand I am responsible for tracking receipts and ensuring the expense is accounted for.
- Timesheet Completion – I understand that I am responsible for entering ticket numbers on timesheets, weekly, and double-checking payroll information, and applying adjustments as requested by Human Resources.
