Position Summary
Warrior Technologies is seeking an experienced Environmental Pusher to support environmental field operations throughout West Texas and New Mexico.
This is a hands-on field position for someone with previous environmental experience who can help keep daily work organized, operate equipment, and support the crew in completing projects safely and efficiently. Candidates must have experience operating a skid steer.
Position Specific Expectations
- Support daily environmental field activities and help keep assigned work moving efficiently.
- Assist with coordinating tools, equipment, materials, and work areas as needed.
- Safely operate a skid steer and other applicable field equipment.
- Perform environmental cleanup, remediation, excavation, and site restoration work.
- Assist with dirt work, grading, digging, material removal, and cleanup of impacted areas.
- Work alongside environmental laborers and other field personnel as needed.
- Help ensure work is completed in accordance with Warrior Technologies safety procedures and customer jobsite requirements.
- Properly use required PPE and maintain safe work practices.
- Identify and report potential hazards or unsafe field conditions.
- Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and staging equipment and materials.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition and report maintenance needs.
- Complete required work tickets, safety documentation, and other field paperwork when applicable.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and other crew members regarding job progress and field conditions.
- Perform physical field work throughout the workday.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support environmental operations.
Qualifications
- Previous environmental, remediation, oilfield, construction, or related field experience required.
- Previous skid steer operating experience required.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety and PPE requirements.
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and field conditions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing, bending, lifting, carrying, digging, and shoveling.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a field crew.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required based on position responsibilities.
- Must be able to comply with Warrior Technologies drug and alcohol policies.
Work Schedule
Field schedules may include overtime, extended hours, weekends, travel, and changing schedules based on customer and project needs.
