Position Summary
Warrior Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Environmental Specialist to support environmental operations across our remediation and client service projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost tracking, field coordination, and documentation related to environmental compliance and remediation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Cost Tracking: Maintain accurate records of daily costs associated with environmental services and client projects.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate job schedules, crews, and logistics for fieldwork and remediation projects.
- Field Oversight: Conduct field checks and inspections of remediation crews to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Sample Collection: Collect environmental samples in accordance with regulatory and project-specific standards.
- Client and Vendor Communication: Place 811 one-call requests and liaise with utility stakeholders for excavation safety.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit closure reports and other project documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Leadership & Organization: Lead by example in the field, demonstrating strong organizational skills and project ownership.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems to document and manage environmental data.
- Environmental Knowledge: Apply working knowledge of environmental principles and regulations to ensure best practices are met on all job sites.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in environmental remediation, fieldwork, or related coordination roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in environmental consulting or oilfield services.
- Knowledge of field sampling methods and remediation technologies.
- Familiarity with writing closure or compliance reports.
Work Conditions
- Field and office work required.
