Position Summary:
We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you’ll greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide essential administrative support to keep our office running smoothly. Your professionalism and positive attitude will help create a warm and efficient environment for both our clients and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars.
- Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Assist with onboarding visitors, including security badges or sign-in procedures if required.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support office staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Comfortable using office equipment (phone systems, printers, copiers) and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
