Warrior Technologies is seeking experienced Rig Welders for an upcoming project in the Mentone / Orla, Texas area. We are looking for skilled, safety-minded welders with strong pipe welding experience who can work independently, follow project specifications, and deliver high-quality work in an oil and gas construction environment.

Responsibilities
Rig Welders will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication work in support of field operations and project requirements. Duties may include:
- Performing pipe welding in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
- Completing welds that meet quality and inspection requirements
- Reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and job instructions
- Performing layout, fit-up, and fabrication as needed
- Working safely around active job sites, equipment, and other crew members
- Maintaining welding equipment, tools, and work areas
- Communicating with supervisors and team members to keep work moving efficiently
- Completing assigned work independently while meeting project deadlines
Requirements
Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Must be able to pass a 6010/7018 6G weld test
- Strong pipe welding experience preferred
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
- Safety-focused mindset and commitment to following job site procedures
- Reliable transportation to and from the project location
- Ability to work in field conditions and meet the physical demands of the job
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Pipe fabrication experience
- ASME-coded pressure vessel repair experience
- Oil and gas construction background
- Experience working on field-based industrial or energy projects
- Familiarity with job site safety standards and quality control expectations
