Position Summary
Schedule: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Responsible for performing maintenance and installation of oilfield equipment on location. Roustabout duties include building tank batteries wellhead tie-ins, building fences, changing out heaters, cleaning locations, and transporting oilfield equipment. Must be knowledgeable in heaters, separators, general oilfield maintenance, troubleshooting of horizontal batteries, and repair of line leaks. Must have a valid driver’s license, have an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a drug test.

Timekeeping – Employees are responsible for accurately tracking their time by clocking in and out and entering ticket numbers into their timesheets. If a punch is missed, they must promptly notify their supervisor to ensure accurate records. Integrity in timekeeping is essential, and adherence to company policies is expected.

Accident Reporting – Employees are responsible for immediately reporting all accidents, incidents, and near-misses to their supervisor to ensure prompt action and a safe work environment.
Position Specific Expectations
Qualifications
- Hold a valid driver’s license CDL not required.
- Two (2) years of experience in the roustabout trade, and one (1) year of
supervisory experience highly preferred but not required. - Ability to think critically and strategically.
- High level of communication skills (Verbal, written, and electronic).
- Ability to life a min of 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work overtime.
- Must be willing to work rotating weekends.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
